Tasks
- Analyze system logs for root cause patterns
- Contribute to knowledge base SOPs and automation improvements
- Execute recovery actions including service rebuilds and failed agent reinstalls
- Lead incident communication and coordinate with support teams
- Manage server patching exceptions remediation and validation
- Mentor engineers and review ticket quality
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for OS corruption and kernel issues
- Perform event log based corrective actions
- Troubleshoot DFS DHCP and DNS failures
- Troubleshoot performance memory leaks and handles
- Validate GPO inheritance and policy failure issues
- Validate complex change implementations with pre and post checks
