Engineer (EMSAB/ EMSD)
Tasks
- Analyze security alerts and identify anomalies
- Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and audits
- Coordinate connection of new generation and transmission equipment
- Enhance and develop mission critical Energy Management System capabilities
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by system operators
- Maintain and operate critical control centre infrastructure
- Maintain and optimize real time power system applications
- Maintain cybersecurity documentation
- Monitor and control electricity generation and transmission networks
- Monitor cybersecurity threats in Cybersecurity Operations Centre
- Operate and maintain Energy Management System platforms
- Perform incident triage and coordinate incident investigation
- Provide first level operational support for Energy Management System
- Support OT systems and OT IT network security infrastructure
- Support implementation of cybersecurity controls
- Support remediation including system patching
- Update and validate EMS databases
