Tasks
- Collaborating with developers and site reliability engineers
- Collecting diagnostic logs and details
- Escalating advanced issues
- Following runbooks to resolve known issues
- Participating in 24x7 on call rotation
- Performing post incident reviews
- Prioritizing and resolving incidents
