Application Administrator with German and English (REF5213Y)
Tasks
- Analyze troubleshoot and resolve issues across application database OS and infrastructure
- Document tickets and ensure SLA compliance in ServiceNow
- Handle service requests and operational issues
- Implement automation and operational efficiency improvements with AIOps
- Maintain operational documentation runbooks and knowledge articles
- Manage incidents problems changes and service requests in ServiceNow
- Provide 2nd level support for incidents
- Roll out configure and continuously improve ServiceNow
- Support DevOps and configuration management activities
- Support identity and healthcare platforms
