Tasks
- Apply configuration management using Puppet and Salt
- Diagnose and troubleshoot distributed storage and data retrieval systems
- Implement and troubleshoot large Hadoop clusters
- Maintain Hadoop and cloud infrastructure
- Manage Linux user and group accounts
- Manage and monitor large Hadoop clusters
- Perform remote system troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics
- Secure systems using security and compliance best practices
- Support Linux network and PXE provisioning
- Troubleshoot Linux systems using remote utilities
- Troubleshoot network and DNS DHCP TFTP components
- Write and maintain automation scripts
