- Administer Windows Server environments
- Collaborate with infrastructure networking security and support teams
- Configure and manage printers and print queues
- Create and maintain technical documentation SOPs and runbooks
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts
- Follow ITIL incident change problem and service request management
- Manage and maintain print server infrastructure
- Manage server security access controls and compliance
- Monitor server health performance storage and availability
- Perform server installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades
- Support Active Directory integrated server and print services
- Support infrastructure upgrades migrations and transformation initiatives
- Troubleshoot server printing and infrastructure issues
- Validate backups and support disaster recovery
