- Apply security frameworks and compliance controls
- Conduct forensic investigations
- Conduct information security audits and risk assessments
- Contain attack impact and restore services
- Coordinate with legal for data retention
- Define vulnerability remediation and risk scoring
- Develop incident response metrics and SLA tracking
- Develop incident response processes
- Establish alert thresholds for CIRT
