Tasks
- Analyze failure data for predictive reliability
- Assess maintenance strategies and reporting metrics
- Build end to end incident response business metrics
- Conduct risk assessments for compliance
- Coordinate disaster recovery tests
- Coordinate incident response across datacenter portfolio
- Develop reliability standards and programs
- Drive automation and process improvement
- Lead root cause analysis for outages
- Liaise during audits and support business continuity
- Maintain site health score and testing methods
- Perform problem and change control
- Update documentation and operating procedures
