- Build cloud native and hybrid architectures
- Build quality first engineering ownership and continuous learning culture
- Communicate complex technical topics to executives
- Define and execute technology modernization roadmap
- Develop succession planning and upskilling strategies
- Drive AI adoption across development testing and operations
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering productivity and deployment velocity
- Drive risk management and defect containment
- Ensure architectural security and compliance across platforms
- Ensure resilience observability and recoverability with SRE and operations
- Establish responsible AI governance explainability security and ethics
- Establish testing standards and release readiness criteria
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies
- Foster cross functional collaboration across product architecture operations security
- Implement microservices API first and event driven systems
- Implement test automation and intelligent defect detection
- Lead legacy platform modernization
- Lead mentor and inspire engineering leaders and managers
- Lead quality governance across development testing and production
- Manage vendor and partner relationships for delivery excellence
- Own release quality and platform stability
- Provide AI assisted development and productivity tooling
- Provide executive visibility into risk quality delivery and modernization progress
- Reduce technical debt and improve scalability resilience and efficiency
