Tasks
- Build test and deliver application enhancements
- Coordinate client communications
- Deliver permanent fixes for recurring issues
- Develop presentation materials and documentation
- Estimate effort for enhancements
- Follow AMS process and procedures
- Lead and coach analysts and consultants
- Lead solution design discussions
- Maintain documentation and SOPs
- Monitor fixes and validate resolution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform end to end solutioning for enhancements
- Perform incident troubleshooting and resolution
- Perform problem management and root cause analysis
- Prepare proposals and presentations for business development
- Provide AMS support for production incidents
- Support project teams with application delivery
