- Diagnose and resolve software hardware and networking issues
- Document technical issues and standard operating procedures
- Install and configure Windows operating systems
- Install software and apply updates and patches
- Maintain Windows systems and enterprise applications
- Maintain system security with patches and compliance
- Manage networking services TCP IP DNS DHCP
- Monitor system performance and apply updates
- Perform system imaging backups and restores
