Collections Risk Management Lead
Tasks
- Build recovery rate forecasts by vintage segment and channel
- Conduct collections reviews for risk committees and leadership
- Contribute to stress testing and loss forecasting
- Define settlement authorization frameworks
- Design treatment strategies by risk segment and balance tier
- Evaluate NPV trade offs for settlement decisions
- Govern agency settlement authority
- Identify accounts for litigation escalation and thresholds
- Manage pre charge off intervention strategies
- Manage vendor and agency performance KPIs
- Monitor delinquency roll rates and migration
- Optimize contact timing channel mix and messaging
- Own charge off timing policy and loss reserve interaction
- Own end to end collections risk management
- Partner with credit legal compliance finance and operations
- Segment delinquent population using payment bureau transaction and contact data
- Serve as internal SME on collections analytics and governance
- Track litigation outcomes by segment
- Track net loss emergence and recovery curves
