Tasks
- Build and maintain event registration experiences
- Capture compile and distribute post event reporting assets
- Create update and manage communication templates
- Escalate issues outside Tier 1 scope
- Maintain knowledge base content with product updates
- Process attendee additions and updates
- Provide Tier 1 product support via tickets email and phone
- Respond to and resolve requests within SLA
- Update and publish knowledge base articles
- Update manage event imagery and visual assets
