Security Operations Analyst (SOC Analyst)

Tasks

• Collaborate with internal audits and compliance processes
• Document security incidents and corrective actions
• Escalate critical incidents using established procedures
• Generate biweekly and monthly security and compliance reports
• Investigate suspicious activities on endpoints and accounts
• Maintain evidence for SOC 2 audits
• Monitor access controls MFA and user activity
• Monitor security alerts and events daily using Microsoft Defender
• Propose continuous improvements to security controls and monitoring
• Review access permissions and corporate assets periodically
• Verify compliance with corporate policies on devices
