Junior System Administrator
Tasks
- Administer and troubleshoot LAN Wi Fi and VPN access
- Collaborate with global IT teams for escalations and process improvement
- Configure access rights and security software
- Configure and install laptops desktops printers and mobile devices
- Document resolutions in Confluence
- Maintain IT system health security patches and performance monitoring
- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle using Jira Assets
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding
- Manage macOS devices and operating systems
- Provide first line and second line support
- Support audio video conferencing equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
