- Communicate audit evidence and compliance requirements
- Conduct internal and external audits and assessments
- Coordinate audit evidence collection
- Coordinate client compliance onboarding
- Develop audit and compliance program strategy
- Develop process policy and procedure documentation
- Drive GRC automation using GRC platform
- Drive governance risk and compliance approach
- Maintain audit calendar
- Maintain security controls library and documentation repository
- Manage service level agreement support tickets and remediation
- Perform logical access reviews
- Provide oversight for audit exceptions and findings remediation
- Track maintain and report audit program requirements
- Translate contractual regulatory requirements into controls
