- Administer Microsoft Exchange environments
- Administer Proofpoint email security and threat protection
- Automate messaging administration with PowerShell
- Configure hybrid identity solutions with Azure AD Connect
- Configure mail flow transport rules connectors and security policies
- Enforce MFA and conditional access policies
- Implement identity lifecycle management joiner mover leaver
- Investigate and remediate identity risks
- Maintain Microsoft 365 messaging services
- Maintain role based access control for Microsoft 365
- Manage email security compliance and retention policies
- Manage virtualization platforms VMware and Hyper-V
- Monitor identity health sign in activity and security alerts
- Monitor system performance availability and capacity
- Perform patch management and system hardening
- Support Microsoft 365 identity services including Entra ID
- Support SSO integrations using SAML OAuth and OpenID Connect
- Troubleshoot Exchange and mail flow issues
