Corp. Security Operations Center Specialist (10pm-8am)
Tasks
- Attend training and work flexible night and weekend shifts
- Detect safety issues from video and data sources
- Document incident details and camera locations
- Follow security protocols and evidence request procedures
- Gather and organize intelligence from multiple sources
- Investigate security incidents
- Monitor CSOC surveillance feeds
- Operate access control and surveillance systems
- Prepare security reports and statistical summaries
- Report suspicious activity and incidents
- Respond to incidents and assist during special events
