Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment; including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Nightwing is seeking a Section Security Lead/CyberArk SME to support the design, development, and deployment of advanced cybersecurity capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Primary focus is on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure in order to design and implement solutions.

Manages and maintains all aspects of PAM related solutions, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), and system health.

Develops methods and criteria for achieving objectives.

Submission of Configuration Change Management requests

Analyzes and remediates vulnerabilities of PAM system and components.

Implement major and minor version upgrades

Required Skills:

U.S. Citizenship

Active Secret clearance.  Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Must be able to obtain DHS suitability

Provide PAM troubleshooting and testing

Support PAM projects and project management personnel throughout the full software development lifecycle

Manage technology roadmaps with each product and propose briefs and reports to elaborate on recommended actions based on best practices

Perform full product testing to the length of the products capabilities as required by the customer and the program

4+ years of applicable experience

Desired Skills:

• Troubleshooting with Networking, Windows Operating Systems, and Linux Operating Systems

• Experience with SAFe, the Agile methodology, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Creation and configuration of certificates and certificate chains

• Active Directory and RedHat IDM

Desired Certification(s):

CyberArk Defender or CyberArk Sentry

Windows/Linux Admin

CISSP

CASP

CySA+

Security+

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline is required.

[Six (6) years of experience (for a total of ten (10) or more years) may be substituted for a degree.]

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
