Senior Manager, Security Risk Management
Tasks
- Build coach and scale security governance and TPRM teams
- Drive security program KPIs dashboards reporting
- Ensure fourth party oversight subprocessors remediation
- Implement and maintain QA processes runbooks SOPs ticket ownership evidence standards
- Improve throughput turnaround backlog age remediation velocity
- Lead security risk appetite and decision criteria
- Manage third party vendor lifecycle intake onboarding due diligence monitoring reviews offboarding
- Operationalize threat modeling outputs integration inventories pre integration gates
- Own security governance policies standards control frameworks
- Produce program health reporting for senior leadership and board
- Represent security in executive forums audit meetings regulatory engagements
- Serve as primary security contact for legal procurement privacy product engineering
- Translate audit findings into remediation plans and measurable outcomes
