Technical Account Manager
Tasks
- Conduct security reviews
- Coordinate technical escalations across SOC and engineering
- Deliver executive briefings
- Lead incident response escalations
- Lead onboarding and platform optimization
- Maintain customer success plan for security outcomes
- Monitor account health and mitigate risk
- Partner on post incident maturity
- Provide tuning recommendations
- Run quarterly service reviews
- Serve as primary technical point-of-contact
