IAM Service Delivery Manager
Tasks
- Analyze ticket trends to identify systemic IAM issues
- Coordinate IAM patching upgrades and maintenance windows
- Coordinate deployments upgrades and integrations with enterprise systems
- Maintain IAM runbooks and operational documentation
- Maintain on call coverage for IAM support
- Manage incident change and request handling for IAM
- Monitor IAM service health availability and performance
- Own IAM service delivery for identity governance SSO MFA PAM
- Support SOX ISO SOC2 compliance access controls and documentation
- Track and report IAM KPIs SLA provisioning MFA adoption and auth success rates
- Triages prioritizes and resolves IAM tickets within SLA
