Tasks
- Create and maintain systems engineering artifacts requirements interface control documents architecture views verification matrices
- Lead systems engineering across full lifecycle
- Manage dependencies and alignment across Agile teams and release trains
- Manage technical risks dependencies and constraints
- Own and prioritize capability and feature backlogs
- Own system and capability requirements traceability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning backlog refinement reviews retrospectives
- Partner with architects on architecture and trade studies
- Promote Agile and SAFe best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on systems thinking and Agile best practices
- Provide technical oversight for integration test and operational readiness
- Translate system requirements into epics features and user stories with acceptance criteria
