Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders on security posture and incidents
- Develop detection use cases and coverage
- Ensure SOC processes and documentation standards
- Escalate complex security events to customer
- Lead and mentor security analysts
- Maintain incident reports and playbooks
- Oversee security alert lifecycle
- Perform alert triage and investigation
- Reduce false-positives
- Support rotating shift operations
- Validate and tune Splunk detections
