- Coordinate disaster recovery and failover testing
- Create technical user stories for automation and monitoring
- Define SLAs KPIs and production indicators
- Define end to end technical solutions
- Drive continuous improvement for automation performance and reliability
- Facilitate deployments across production and non production
- Implement monitoring alerting and supervision
- Integrate production infrastructure and security requirements into backlog
- Maintain documentation and recovery plans
- Manage environment standards and access traceability
- Promote application production best practices
- Support incidents and release issues within SLA
- Train teams on DevOps and Agile tools
