- Build and test agentic workflows with llm tool use
- Conduct structured testing for agent outputs
- Configure email routing aliases and calendar resources
- Configure google workspace security policies mdm and dlp
- Configure single sign on and saml integration
- Document architecture diagrams data flow specs and prompt libraries
- Document issue resolutions in knowledge base
- Enforce multi factor authentication policies
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Implement function calling to connect llms to data sources
- Manage google workspace users groups ous shared drives
- Monitor endpoint security alerts
- Monitor google workspace security dashboards and escalate anomalies
- Monitor okta logs and report anomalies
- Perform ai project lifecycle requirements design development qa deployment
- Perform hardware and software break fix
- Support user provisioning deprovisioning and rbac
- Triage and resolve level 1 it support tickets
