Tasks
- Align engineering with compliance frameworks
- Automate infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code
- Coordinate release readiness and migrations
- Define team structure staffing and career development
- Define technical standards and architectural patterns
- Design and enforce Zero Trust security controls
- Drive capacity planning and performance tuning
- Enforce network segmentation and least privilege access
- Establish disaster recovery with RPO and RTO targets
- Implement SRE observability and service level objectives
- Implement hybrid connectivity with VPN and routing
- Implement threat protection and vulnerability remediation
- Lead cloud networking design and operations
- Lead incident response for infrastructure and networking
- Maintain audit documentation and evidence
- Manage identity access and federation with SSO and MFA
- Manage vendor relationships and performance oversight
- Optimize infrastructure and security costs
- Serve as CTO proxy for executive decisions
- Standardize secure auditable CI CD pipelines
- Support security reviews and customer due diligence
- Translate roadmaps into infrastructure networking and security strategies
