Tasks
- Collaborate with product managers architects security experts and engineering teams
- Define engineering processes and best practices including CI CD testing and observability
- Design and implement new components and services
- Lead recruiting hiring interviewing and onboarding
- Mentor team members provide feedback and career development
- Own technical direction and execution of SaaS recovery capabilities
- Provide system design technical guidance code reviews architectural decisions
- Set high quality standards select scalable technical solutions
- Start as hands on lead and transition to team leadership
- Track development process ensure product delivery quality and timelines
