Lead Virtualisation Engineer, SRE
Tasks
- Assess infrastructure health performance and capacity
- Assess monitoring and alerting coverage
- Conduct incident reviews and identify root causes
- Develop remediation and mitigation strategies
- Develop testing and validation plans
- Enable self healing reduce time to detect and time to mitigate
- Evaluate vendor upgrade roadmaps and run proof of concept testing
- Execute disaster recovery and post maintenance readiness testing
- Forecast growth requirements and ensure scalability
- Implement automation for proactive issue detection
- Integrate infrastructure telemetry into unified view
- Perform infrastructure networking training and knowledge sharing
