Sys/Cloud Admin/Incident Response Engineer
Tasks
- Administer and monitor cloud platform services
- Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Coordinate with engineering and SRE teams
- Document incident timelines actions and recovery steps
- Ensure compliance with operational security and change management
- Execute Incident Response Playbooks
- Improve dashboards alerts runbooks and operational procedures
- Maintain operational records in ticketing and knowledge systems
- Maintain operational reporting on incidents and system health
- Participate in on call 24x7 operational support
- Perform incident triage and escalation
- Perform log review and troubleshooting
- Perform post incident review and root cause analysis
- Provide incident status updates to stakeholders
- Support automation for incident and operations workflows
- Support service restoration efforts
