- Architect and implement network diagnostic strategies

- Coordinate DISA OSC and SATOPS routing configuration changes
- Develop end to end network infrastructure testing

- Evaluate troubleshooting effectiveness and recommend resilience changes
- Mentor and supervise network administrators
- Perform proactive monitoring and predictive troubleshooting
