- Own Level 2 Salesforce support

- Support change management processes
- Support data cleansing and transformation
- Support incident and defect governance
- Support testing validation and deployment
- Track support metrics and KPIs
- Triage and prioritize support tickets
- Troubleshoot and reproduce reported issues
- Validate fixes through testing and post deployment verification
