Senior Security Systems Design Engineer
Tasks
- Act as primary contact for security design queries
- Collaborate with external consultants and project teams
- Conduct technical workshops to define requirements
- Coordinate security design activities with engineering disciplines
- Develop and evaluate security engineering innovations
- Keep abreast of physical security technology and industry trends
- Lead physical security design delivery
- Manage technical security design process across data centres
- Participate in design reviews and site inspections
- Provide engineering support for site selection and project initiation
- Provide technical guidance during planning design construction commissioning and handover
- Represent security technical authority to stakeholders
- Review and validate consultant designs for compliance and quality
- Review early stage planning and master planning designs
- Support tendering and bid review
