Lead Network Security Engineer
Tasks
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Lead continuous improvement and best practice adoption
- Lead incident response and major outage technical response
- Manage incidents service requests and problem tickets under SLAs
- Mentor and coach engineers through knowledge sharing
- Oversee preventative maintenance and infrastructure monitoring
- Perform root cause analysis and proactive problem management
- Provide technical leadership for network security operations
- Serve as primary escalation point for network security incidents
- Support audit compliance and security governance activities
