NetSuite Administrator-Analyst
Tasks
- Advise ERP owners on native vs customized functionality
- Create and maintain NetSuite reports saved searches KPIs dashboards
- Design and implement NetSuite customizations
- Develop NetSuite scripts workflows and custom records
- Develop and maintain KPI metrics
- Implement and support NetSuite integrations
- Implement application security controls
- Maintain NetSuite documentation and training materials
- Manage NetSuite user access and security roles
- Monitor NetSuite performance licenses and user access
- Participate in NetSuite enhancements requirements gathering and validation
- Perform NetSuite CSV data imports and updates
- Perform application maintenance upgrades and regression testing
- Provide day to day NetSuite administrative support
- Serve as NetSuite functional and technical point of contact
- Support onboarding and training for new hires
