Physical Security Architect & Practice Lead
Tasks
- Advise on video analytics and AI threat detection
- Architect branch surveillance systems
- Conduct performance reviews and training
- Coordinate delivery with project management engineering and vendors
- Coordinate service operations and troubleshooting
- Create reference architecture and standards
- Define camera coverage and retention policies
- Define grounding and bonding standards
- Design and oversee VMS interoperability
- Design cable pathways and termination standards
- Develop physical security technology roadmap
- Ensure service level agreement compliance
- Evaluate physical security platforms and vendors
- Integrate access control and intrusion systems
- Lead and mentor field service technicians
- Maintain technical documentation and as built diagrams
- Provide layer 2 and layer 3 network support
- Resolve physical security escalations
- Specify and oversee Layer 1 physical network wiring
- Support recruiting hiring and onboarding
- Troubleshoot signal degradation and grounding faults
