Tasks
- Advise watch officer on business processes
- Assist with situation reports
- Collect analyze and correlate events from multiple sources
- Create daily turnover logs
- Create formal reports and assign work requests
- Detect and respond to network incidents
- Monitor events and incidents on enterprise network
- Provide executive-level briefings
- Troubleshoot networking servers and applications
- Use IT service management tools for monitoring and detection
