- Coordinate onboarding of new AI and Data solutions into support
- Define governance model with SLAs OLAs KPIs
- Deliver support tooling and automation
- Design incident management processes
- Develop remediation plans and preventive controls
- Drive incident resolution aligned to SLAs
- Establish AI and Data Platform DevSecOps operating model
- Lead incident triage and severity classification
- Manage intake model for support handoff
- Perform root cause analysis
- Track defects and enhancements closed loop
