- Collect cybersecurity reporting data
- Configure and maintain cybersecurity tools
- Coordinate security patches and incident response procedures
- Develop security tools baseline safeguards
- Document cybersecurity procedures
- Escalate cybersecurity issues
- Integrate cybersecurity requirements into continuity planning
- Maintain plans of action for vulnerabilities
- Manage security personnel and advise leadership
- Meet daily cybersecurity reporting deadlines
- Monitor information security data sources
- Oversee security operations defense in depth
- Provide on-call security support
- Provide security communications and presentations
- Report security metrics and key performance indicators
- Resolve operational security problems using problem management techniques
- Review logs for suspicious activity
