Tasks

• Assess change risks and prevent non regression
• Collaborate with vendors during technical escalations
• Diagnose analyze and resolve complex production incidents
• Drive continuous service improvement standardization and automation
• Escalate and coordinate service maintenance
• Maintain network and security equipment operations
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes
• Monitor infrastructure availability performance and resilience
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents
• Perform patching updates upgrades and obsolescence management
• Plan and validate technical changes
• Provide level 3 support for network and security infrastructure
• Serve as technical reference for N2 teams
• Support build to run transitions
• Write and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
