Senior IT & Security Operations Engineer
Tasks
- Administer JumpCloud MDM enrollment configuration deployment patching
- Automate evidence collection for audits
- Deploy and manage CrowdStrike Falcon EDR policies
- Design configure network infrastructure
- Document runbooks and automate root cause
- Enforce endpoint compliance policies
- Lead first response on endpoint security incidents
- Manage macOS and Linux endpoint fleet lifecycle
- Operate office and lab network switches firewalls WiFi VLAN VPN
- Perform layer 1 through layer 7 troubleshooting
- Resolve complex IT incidents
- Translate SOC 2 and ISO 27001 requirements into operational controls
- Tune detection logic and reduce false positives
