- Create and monitor SQL jobs
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Monitor SQL Server production and non production
- Monitor ServiceNow tickets
- Perform backup/restore
- Provide L1 database support
- Respond to database alerts and escalations
- Review disk space and backup reports
- Set up database and server maintenance jobs
- Support high availability and disaster recovery
- Track and resolve incidents and requests
