• Act as subject matter expert in problem management and major incidents
• Attend Change Advisory Board meetings
• Conduct technical reviews of proposals
• Define and review technical best practices
• Ensure infrastructure access controls logging and configuration compliance for audit and regulatory requirements
• Ensure project to BAU handover with documentation validation and support readiness
• Identify and assess risks
• Improve internal efficiencies for better service delivery
• Maintain architecture map
• Maintain technical dashboard catalog
• Monitor capacity and support capacity management
• Provide recommendations to solution architects and sales
• Provide technical guidance
• Provide technical guidance and governance for AWS workloads
• Review post incident reviews and prevent repeat incidents
• Review technical aspects of project changes
• Support continual service improvement
