Security Operations Center Supervisor - First Shift
Tasks
- Align policies and procedures with client goals
- Analyze and plan GSOC performance
- Conduct supervisory responsibilities
- Create security reports and presentations
- Develop GSOC processes and operations
- Develop intelligence sources
- Direct training exercises
- Escalate intercompany customer service issues
- Identify and upgrade security technologies
- Liaise with security management
- Manage operational software programs
- Manage staffing and employee selection
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Perform on-call duty
- Provide leadership and coaching
- Receive and respond to emergency and non emergency calls
- Recommend change management for efficiency and quality
- Set performance goals and conduct appraisals
