Site Reliability Engineer II
Tasks
- Analyze metrics logs and distributed traces for root cause analysis
- Automate operations and reduce toil using CI CD pipelines
- Build dashboards for system performance and availability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve service reliability
- Configure alerting mechanisms to meet SLOs
- Execute blameless root cause analysis for production incidents
- Implement code fixes configuration updates and reliability enhancements
- Maintain documentation runbooks SOPs and performance reports
- Manage ITIL incident problem and change processes
- Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle
- Monitor application and infrastructure health
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Perform disaster recovery planning testing and execution
- Provision rotate and manage service account access
- Run system patching and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot network performance latency and connectivity issues
