Tasks
- Document processes and improve standardized procedures
- Execute database refreshes for test and development environments
- Handle incidents problems and service requests following ITIL processes
- Maintain databases and support creation in multiple environments
- Manage database lifecycle upgrades migrations and decommissioning
- Perform proactive database monitoring
- Review developer change requests for standards compliance
- Support performance monitoring and SQL tuning
- Test scripts and execute release and fallback plans
- Write validate deploy database changes for production environment
