- Act as Tier 3 escalation point for identity incidents
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory hybrid environments
- Administer Privileged Identity Management
- Administer ServiceNow incident problem and change management for identity
- Automate identity operations with PowerShell Microsoft Graph and Azure Automation
- Design and maintain conditional access policies
- Integrate enterprise SSO with Entra SSO using SAML OAuth OpenID Connect
- Investigate Entra ID Protection risk detections
- Lead identity governance access reviews and access packages
- Maintain break glass and emergency access accounts
- Maintain runbooks SOPs and identity SLAs and KPIs
- Manage app registrations and service principals permissions and certificates
- Manage authentication methods and MFA enforcement
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Provide identity audit logging and evidence
- Resolve high severity authentication and access outages
- Troubleshoot Entra Connect and Cloud Sync attribute sync issues
- Use NetIQ tools for identity lifecycle and attestation workflows
