Senior Information Security Specialist
Tasks
- Analyze alerts and submit incident tickets
- Collaborate with teams on firewall requests incidents and upgrades
- Communicate firewall requests to clients
- Conduct pre and post upgrade checks
- Document firewall changes
- Implement firewall rule updates
- Maintain SLAs for open firewall requests
- Participate in CAB meetings
- Perform firewall upgrades
- Perform log analysis for known threats
- Plan firewall openings
- Provide mitigation plan for identified threats
- Resolve firewall related incidents
- Support 24/7 on-call rotation
- Troubleshoot firewall incidents
