- Advance Customer IAM journeys
- Automate identity management with PowerShell
- Enhance authentication using FIDO2 and phish resistant methods
- Govern admin consent for Graph API scopes
- Implement OIDC and SAML federation
- Implement SCIM integrations
- Integrate IAM posture with ClearPass
- Lead transitions between on prem Active Directory and Entra ID
- Maintain GPO health and configuration management
- Manage Entra ID SSO MFA and Conditional Access
- Manage OKTA ClearPass and NPS
- Monitor authentication service health and publish reports
- Oversee app registrations and enterprise app approvals
- Support multi domain Active Directory authentication
