Tasks
- Administer and tune endpoint security tools
- Analyze EDR alerts to optimize monitoring
- Build baseline asset inventories and maintain ownership
- Collaborate with SOC and threat intelligence teams
- Coordinate with EDR vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Develop configure and maintain EDR solutions
- Develop implement and update EDR policies and rules
- Document incident findings actions and lessons learned
- Investigate contain and remediate incidents using EDR
- Prepare periodic security reports and support compliance audits
- Provide endpoint security training and mentoring
- Quarantine malware using EDR
- Recommend improvements to security posture and vulnerability mitigation
- Support incident detection and investigation
